It’s important to us that You Love what you purchase from us, and we understand that when you buy something online it’s not always perfect.
If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Conditions for Returns
In order for the Items to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Products were purchased at in the last 14 days
- The Products are in the original packaging and have original hang tags attached.
- The Products are unworn, unused and unwashed.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
The following Items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been worn or washed, or do not have original hang tags attached.
- Items which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- Jewelry is final sale and may not be returned.
- Sale Items are final sale and many not be returned.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
We are not responsible for damages that occur during shipping and or during the care of an item such as dry cleaning, washing, or wear.
Only regular priced Items may be refunded. Sale items on sale cannot be refunded.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment less original shipping costs unless the items are being returned due to defect or our error and approved by something2wear. We will email you to notify you the refund has been completed.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Products to Us.

We recommend an insured and trackable mail service as we cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment.
Ensure the products being returned are in the same condition you received them.
We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
In Store Returns
Online purchases can be returned or exchanged in store within 14 days of purchase of your order in original condition with hang tags attached. Please provide original receipt, order invoice or gift receipt.
If you need to exchange a Product for the same one, different size or other items, contact us.
If the Items were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Items weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
Sale Price Adjustments
We do not provide sale price adjustments on Products purchased
